Yes. Your Kneaded Treats is a licensed & permitted cottage food home bakery. Everything is made from scratch in Sophia's home kitchen, and the weekly menu lists allergens for each item, such as wheat, milk and egg.

Yes, the Gluten Free Classic loaf. Sophia uses King Arthur Gluten-Free bread flour for both the starter and the loaf. It is baked in a home kitchen that also bakes with wheat, so call (951) 409-5433 to talk through any allergy.
Yes. Sourdough dinner rolls come in trays of 24 small, 18 medium or 12 large. Watch for them in the weekly drop on Hotplate, or call (951) 409-5433 to ask.
